Accredited degrees and programmes

We’re the leading global body representing the procurement and supply profession.

Our professional designations, MCIPS and MCIPS Chartered Professional, are recognised globally and provide a number of benefits to both a university and student.

For the university

As the accredited programme provider, our accreditation constitutes recognition of a world-class programme, which reflects the current and future needs of the global procurement and supply management profession. We support the promotion of accredited programmes via our website, marketing to members and prospective members and we’ll provide resources and collateral to support your induction process. You’ll also benefit from being able to use our logo and branding to demonstrate your collaboration with us and our endorsement of the programme.

For the student

We offer complimentary affiliate membership to all students studying one of our accredited programmes. This is issued each year for the duration of your studies. You’ll be able to access a range of resources designed to support your studies, as well as career progression. These include our Global Standard (competency framework for the procurement and supply profession), our Intelligence Hub, the ethics test and to join our new CIPS Connect community discussion platform.
