The CIPS Profession Path tool provides a structured assessment of where your skills and knowledge sit against the CIPS Global Standard. It reveals where you are now, and what you need to do to level up.

Once you’ve assessed yourself, you’ll receive personalised recommendations for areas where you have skill gaps. You’ll also get a clear professional development plan to help you take control of your professional future.

How to access the Profession Path

  1. Click the button below to log into My Learning, which will redirect you to the CIPS Learning platform.
  2. Please note: if you are not logged in to MyCIPS yet, clicking the button will prompt you to do so.
  3. Once you have logged into the CIPS learning platform, look for a banner at the top of the page to go to the Profession Path tool.
