Starting your learning journey

As soon as you’ve signed up to become a member, you're ready to start your learning journey with us. Our approach to your learning is completely flexible, we won’t set a start or end date for your first exam, simply book your exam when you’re ready! Our exams are available four times a year, March, May, July and November and you’ll be able to enter for these exams up to eight weeks before, giving you lots of time to study.

I’m new to a business role

Are you just starting out in procurement and supply? Or aspiring to move into the profession? This qualification is a great starting point.

If you have some experience of working in a business environment and some business knowledge, this level will be the ideal starting point

I have two years of experience

To start at this level, we recommend that you have at least 2 A Levels (or international equivalent) or at least 2+ years experience in a business environment.

CIPS OnDemand

Our exciting way to work towards your MCIPS Chartered Status. This guided online course offers a flexible, yet structured study programme designed to keep you motivated and secure exam success. Level 4 Diploma and Level 5 Advanced Diploma now available to buy.

Study centre

Choose to study at one of our approved study centres, either in the classroom or at a distance. Benefit from structured tutor led learning, that will help you prepare for your upcoming exams. You'll join a community of like-minded professionals to share ideas from other industries too.
