Building anti-racist and compassionate workplaces

Organisations have a pivotal role in addressing racism and championing inclusive workplaces. From diversifying the talent pool, to creating safe spaces for employees to speak openly and honestly, CIPD have created these short videos of black professionals sharing their lived experiences and talking about the change that is needed to combat workplace racism.
