Cancel your exam and receive a refund
Follow each step in the video to cancel your exam
When you've made your online exam bookings you can choose to cancel or cancel and rebook up to the exam entry closure date, please take the following steps:
- Go into your MyCIPS dashboard and navigate to 'My exams & results'
- Find the right exam, click 'cancel exam' and click 'confirm' when prompted
- Navigate to 'My orders and history'
- Click 'details' to check you are cancelling the correct order
- In the list of orders, click on 'return'
- Enter quantity and your reason for cancelling
- If your return request is successful, your order details will update to show 'return approved'.
- Check your email to find your return confirmation
- Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to process back to your original payment method.
