CIPS awards Mobily with the Procurement Excellence Programme (PEP) Certificate

Mobily is the first telecom company in the Kingdom to receive this respected certificate in the field of procurement.
Riyadh, Kingdom of saudi Arabia. The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) awarded a Procurement Excellence Programme certificate to Etihad Etisalat (Mobily), one of the largest telecommunications service providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during LEAP23 international technological conference in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mobily is the first telecom company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve this certificate as well as the only telecom company in the Middle East and North Africa that currently holds this certificate.
Mobily was able to pass the evaluation stages with full compliance by end of October, 2022 in less than two months. To gain a PEP award companies must undertake a set of rigorous and intensive assessments of the procurement department including leadership and organization's effectiveness and professionality, procurement strategy, team efficiency, processes and procedures, as well as performance management.
Eng. Mohammad Abdulaziz Al-Tamimi, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management in Mobily, commented:
